I went door knocking to see who was interested in selling their Oceanside home. Guess what, not many. Turns out Fire Mountain residents really love living in Fire Mountain, and for the most part they found their 'forever home'.
In the past six months, there were 21 solds in 2015. With an average of 25 days on the market and average of $350 dollars per square foot, averaging $620,000 sales price. Fire Mountain has a variety of homes, from large estates to small 1950 bungalows - so the price range really goes from $550,000 (a fixer) to $1.599 million (current listing on 1894 Avocado )
